Portomarín (0km): We go back from the public shelter to the nearby Saint Nicholas church and we continue straight to go out Chantada Avenue, which end in the same road. We will pass by the road bridge. Passed the bridge, we leave the asphalt on the right, next to some houses, and we continue along the slopes of Mount San Antonio (1km). We climb approximately one kilometer and we start to walk among pines and meadows. The path goes down to the shoulder of the LU-633 and past the crossing to San Mamede and Velade, we take a path next to the road. A few hundred meters later, at the height of a brick factory (3km), we cross the road and we continue along for a similar path which goes on the right. At the height of some industrial unit of fertilizers and manures we cross again LU-633, and we progress to the left. Four hundred and fifty meters later, we reach Toxibo (Cairn 85.5). We will see a house and a barn in stone and wood. On the road we find several pine trees that isolate us from the road for a short stretch. Again on the asphalt, we pass a picnic area (7.3km) and we go to the nearby parish of Gonzar. The main town is on the left.

Gonzar (Hostels. Bar, 8km.): We pass next to the bar and the public shelter, then, we turn to the left to take a track that goes to Castromaior, also parish of the City Council of Portomarín with a Romanesque church of the late XII century and a nearby fort.
Castromaior (Bar. Guesthouse, 9.3km.): From Castromaior, we climb a steep climb of 700 meters to other path parallel to the LU-633 (10km). Then, we arrive at Hospital da Cruz, village of the parish of San Mamede de O Rio, also of Portomarín.
Hospital da Cruz (Hostel. Bar, 11.8km.): We cross the N-540 and we take the C-535 towards Ventas. The next village that, we visit, is Ventas de Naron.
Ventas de Naron (Hostels. Bar, 13.3km.): About 500 meters, we reach to the Cairn 76.5 that announces the Ligonde Mountain (13.8km). 1500m later, we leave the village of Previsa, the first of the City Council of Monterroso (15.3km). 500 meters down on the right, it is Lameiros Os. About two hundred meters, it is the famous cruise of Lameiros (16km). After a short time, we arrive to Ligonde, passing next to the cross that marks an ancient cemetery of pilgrims.

Airexe (Hostel. Bar, 17.4km.): We go along the roadside and we continue straight after crossing the LU-3301 road (18.5km). After, we reach the village of Portos that is the City Council of Palas de Rei.
Portos (Hostel-Bar, 19.4km): We cross the detour to Vilar de Donas. Then, we arrive to the parish of Santiago de Lestedo.
Lestedo (Hostel-Bar. Rural House, 20km.): We go to the village of Os Valos (20.9km) to go down to A Mamurria (21.5km). Then, it comes A Brea (22km), where we leave the asphalted road to walk parallel to the N-547. Next to it, it is Avenostre (22.4km), and then, O Rosario (23.4km). 500m later, we arrive at the Os Chacotes recreational area where is a public shelter with the same name (23.9km). A few more meters and we are in Palas de Rei.
